Delivery

Orders are regularly shipped via UPS. Orders are shipped within 5–7 business days, subject to availability of
merchandise. Items ordered together may ship separately at no additional charge.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days. Items returned for exchange or refund must be clean, unused and in good resalable condition. Please list the items you are returning, reason for return and customer account number.

1. Providing us with appropriate information including customer number and sales order number will help expedite the return process.
2. Please return merchandise, preferably in the original packaging. For your protection, send via UPS or insured parcel post.

3. Credit card refunds will be credited within one week of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit to appear. Please allow two weeks for delivery for refunds via check.

*If additional merchandise is ordered over and above the exchanged merchandise, shipping and handling charges are applicable.
